Openworld: $2,500, Cobden-Bright Award #1,  February 2006, for work on informal community-based land registry.
The Anglosphere Institute: $2,500, Cobden-Bright Award #2, August 2006, for the development of Albion's Seedlings, a weblog.

2005
Distribution of 175 copies of The Anglosphere Challenge, by James C. Bennett. This done by a friend of the Foundation.
Distribution of 25 copies of Islam and the Discovery of Freedom, by Rose Wilder Lane, a publication of the Minaret of Freedom. This done by a friend of the Foundation.
2004
The Anglosphere Institute: $20,000 invested by friends of the Foundation.
Horizon Lanka Foundation, Sri Lanka: $3,000 (approximately), to support the work of founder, Nandasiri Wanninayaka, and to help build a radio tower to provide Horizon Lanka Academy with continuous high-speed access to the internet. This tower has now been in operation for over two years (as of Sep06).
Learning Empowers Uganda: $4,000 (approximately) — to support founder Henry Okiria's plan to train and establish bee-keepers. Over 20 local farmers went through the training and as of September 2006 honey had been produced. This investment grew out of Steve Elliott's (EF board member) visit to Soroti, Uganda to spend time with Henry. Thanks to Act with Genius for the introduction to Henry Okiria.
